Easter Hats on Parade Plus a Libation

    This week, Helen gave us a mountain meadow to work with. You can see it it the background of the image above. You can also see the grass texture on the derby hat. I had the hat idea from the start, but after I found the proper head to go in it, I didn’t have a clear idea of how to finish it off . . . hhmmm, use the original meadow, or find another??? I looked around Adobe stock for an alternative meadow. When I saw this cow, I laughed right out loud and downloaded it for my image. She has the perfect expression for the rather odd hat. The woman also came from Adobe, as did the leaves and flower in the hatband, while the derby hat itself came from MorgueFile.

Last week, Sherrie gave us an image a duck on a pond to start with. I used it and a glass and ice from PixelSquid to make this “Cold Duck” Served with a quacker, as Jim says.
